His life experience as a paraplegic sparked the idea to make high quality health services accessible to everyone. He offers online as well as in person consultations on appointment basis.

Here are few tips for a successful tele-consultation:
A good teleconsultation works best when you prepare your space, your device, and your questions in advance. Treat it like an in-person visit: be ready on time, describe symptoms clearly, and make sure you understand the next steps before the call ends.
Before the call
- Choose a quiet, private place where you won’t be interrupted.
- Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer is charged and connected to reliable internet.
- Test your camera, microphone, speaker, and browser or app beforehand.
- Keep good lighting on your face and place the camera at eye level.
- Place your device on a flat steady surface securely.
- Sit comfortably at a hand's distance from your device.
- Write down your symptoms, questions, medicines, allergies, and any recent hospital visits, reports or test results.
- Keep the clinic’s phone number handy in case the call drops.
During the call
- Join on time and stay near your device.
- Speak slowly and clearly, and mention when your symptoms started, what makes them better or worse, and how severe they are.
- Show the doctor anything visible that matters, such as a rash, swelling, wound etc.
- Ask the doctor to repeat anything you do not understand, especially medicines, doses, and follow-up plans.
- If someone is helping you, make sure the doctor knows they are present and that you are comfortable with it.
After the call
- Write down the diagnosis, treatment plan, warning signs, and follow-up date.
- Confirm where to get tests, medicines, or further care if needed.
- Save any prescriptions, instructions, or referral details in one place.
